Every MASKD piece is printed and hand-finished in our Alexandria workshop, then delivered by courier and paid for in cash at your door. Here's what happens after you place an order.

We may need to call you before your order is dispatched to confirm your address and a delivery time. If we can't reach you, your order waits.

What happens next

We confirm your order

For larger orders we call the number you gave at checkout to confirm your address, the nearest landmark, and when you'll be home. Couriers here won't dispatch without reaching you, so keep your line active.

Within 12 hours — to be confirmed

02.

We make and dispatch it

Your piece is printed, sanded, and hand-finished in our Alexandria workshop, then packed and handed to our courier.

3–5 business days in transit

03.

You inspect it, then pay

Check the piece at your door before anything changes hands. You pay the courier in cash once you're happy with it.
