Where we ship

We ship across Egypt. We do not currently ship outside Egypt.

Shipping cost

Delivery anywhere in Egypt is 118.00 EGP. The exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

How long delivery takes

We carry two kinds of pieces, and they move at different speeds:

• In stock - the piece is ready and ships straight away. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
• Not in stock - some pieces are not kept in stock and are made to order. These have no fixed delivery time. Their product page shows an "Ask on WhatsApp" button instead of Add to cart. Message us and we will tell you what making one involves, and how long it will take, before you commit to anything.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or official public holidays in Egypt, such as Eid.

How you pay

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash, in Egyptian pounds, when your order arrives. We do not take card or online payment.

You inspect before you pay

Check your piece at the door before any money changes hands. If it is not what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, hand it back to the courier and contact us.
